We spent years looking for our first home, before we even moved back into the area. I had a few area Realtors in mind to help us, and we got really serious about the search as we moved more locally and were able to view properties in person. We actually started our search with another Realtor, but after they had a series of medical events and were unable to physically show us properties, they graciously referred us to Jolena. After a few emails back and forth about our preferences and needs, Jolena managed to get us to walk into a property in an area we hadn't even considered, and we immediately knew it was the place for us! She stuck with us as we negotiated requirements with the seller for closing and funding approval, and did what needed to be done to get the job done, closed, and us moved in! She's a true professional and knows our area as well as being able to pick out promising properties you may have never considered before! Jolena is a fantastic real estate agent. She was very helpful in getting our property sold. She has extensive local and out of area contacts that allowed her to quickly market our property and get it sold for the price that we wanted. It was a quick and easy transaction, and we look forward to using her on the purchase side of the table soon. She's very professional in her approach to her business, and at the same time is very fun to work with. We will definitely be doing business with her again, and I already recommend her to anyone I talk to about real estate.

Jolena Overland did a superb job for us. This is the 3rd home we have bought and sold, and Jolena was head and shoulders above anyone we have worked with in the past. She had the home under contract at a good price in two weeks with two other buyers waiting in the wings to make an offer. The marketing of our home was first rate, including highly professional photos. Jolena seems to have an extensive network of other agents who like working with her and this helped bring in clients for showings. She was extremely pleasant to work with and very professional. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Jolena while in the Sandpoint, ID area looking for properties. Jolena was very knowledgeable about the area, the market and current trends. She met me at the pre-arranged time then drove me to a couple of homes (one off-grid in the middle of nowhere) for viewings. Although I didn't find the perfect house I was looking for I would still highly recommend Jolena if you're in the market for a home in the Sandpoint area.

We decided to go with a new build, instead of an existing home, which meant Jolena had to put up with us for an extended amount of time. She "held our hands" through the whole process and was very quick to respond when we had questions or concerns. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy and experienced agent. Jolena worked with us for over a year and helped us every step of the way. There was not a question she did not have an answer for.
